By downloading, installing, or using the Igniting Hope App ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The Igniting Hope App is a spiritual growth and declaration tracking application that provides:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase. Subscriptions may be managed by the user.
If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication.
You retain ownership of any audio recordings or personal declarations you create using the App. These recordings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose to sync data.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.
You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform such acts. You may not use the App to violate any local, state, national, or international law.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Igniting Hope Ministries and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The information provided by the App is for general informational purposes only. All information is provided in good faith, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information.
In no event shall Igniting Hope Ministries be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
